This website (bird-ship.com) is operated by HUHUINTERNATIONAL CO., LTD., a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea. It presents the BIRDSHIP brand and routes visitors to our country sites.

What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, together with your browser's user-agent string and the time of submission.
To suggest a matching language version, we read your browser's language preference. We never redirect automatically. This happens entirely in your browser and is not transmitted or stored on our side.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking technology of any kind.
The only thing stored on your device is your language choice (localStorage key "bs-locale", kept for one year), and it never leaves your browser.
Why we process your information
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry — as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
Who processes it for us
Messages are delivered through Amazon Web Services (SES, Lambda, and CloudWatch in the Tokyo region) and received in Google Workspace, which we use as our mailbox.
International transfer
The controller is located in the Republic of Korea, while the processing infrastructure described above is located in Japan (AWS Tokyo region) and the United States (Google). Your inquiry is therefore processed across these three locations.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for two years after your inquiry is resolved, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@bird-ship.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we announce the revision on this page and update the effective date above.
